Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our affiliate program! By signing up, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a fair and rewarding partnership.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must operate a website, social media account, or other platform suitable for promoting our products.

2. Commissions

• Commission Structure
  • Earn between 7% and 12& commissions on qualifying sales of:
    • Lead Bullet Head Jigs (with or without skirts)
    • Crescent Spinner Baits
    • Copper Pipe Jigs
    • Quick Release Devices
    • 12″ Soft Plastic Grubs
    • Gift Boxes
    • Viable leads that produce sales of $200 dollars or more.
  • Commissions are tracked via a 30-day cookie window.
  • Payouts are issued monthly once your balance exceeds [$50.00].
  • Commissions remain “pending” until the refund/chargeback window closes.  Commissions are not final until the validation period ends. Typical window 14-30 days.

Since our products (bullet head jigs, spinner baits, soft plastics, etc.) are physical goods with moderate margins, a commission rate of 7- 8 – 10% is sustainable for us.

• Tiered commissions e.g., 7% base, 8% for those that improve their initial sales and 10% for above average performers. 
• We are open to bonus incentives for seasonal pushes or bulk referrals and occasional product-specific bonuses.
• We use a 30-day cookie window.

3. Prohibited Promotion

• No spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized discounts.
• Affiliates may not bid on our brand name in paid ads or impersonate our company.
• Content must be appropriate and align with our brand values.

4. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates may promote via blogs, social media, YouTube, email, or other ethical channels.
• No spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized discounts.
• Paid ads must not target our brand name or trademarks.

5. Affiliate Account

• We reserve the right to approve or reject any application.
• We may terminate accounts for violation of terms or inactivity.

6. Cookie Window Policy

• Cookie Duration Our affiliate program uses a 30‑day cookie window. When a visitor clicks an affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser. If that visitor makes a qualifying purchase within 30 days of the initial click, the affiliate will receive credit for the sale.

  Expiration of Cookie After 30 days, the cookie expires. Any purchases made after the expiration date will not be credited to the affiliate, even if the customer originally arrived through an affiliate link.

  Device & Browser Limitations Tracking cookies apply only to the specific browser and device used at the time of the click. If the customer switches devices, clears cookies, or uses private browsing modes, the referral may not be tracked.

  Last‑Click Attribution If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, our system uses last‑click attribution, meaning the most recent valid affiliate link clicked within the 30‑day window receives credit.

  Interaction With Refunds & Reversals Commissions generated from purchases made within the cookie window are still subject to our Refund, Return, and Chargeback Reversal Policy. If a customer returns a product, cancels an order, or initiates a chargeback, the related commission will be reversed—even if the cookie window was valid at the time of purchase.

  Pending vs. Approved Commissions Commissions earned through the cookie window are considered pending until the order passes our validation period. Only approved commissions count toward payout thresholds.

7. Legal Compliance

• Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines and disclose affiliate relationships clearly.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
