Payment Terms

For simplicity of use for our customers and DSL we use Venmo, Credit Cards, and Checks for payments. We are looking into Stripe payments but they are not enacted yet.

Refund & Return Policy

We do accept refunds within 14 day of purchase on any item not accurately represented in the store’s description or arrives damaged due to poor packaging.

Please photograph any shipping damage before processing a claim. We accept returns of opened packages within [30] days of delivery if all of the following are true: The package contains all original products, with nothing missing. The items are in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

You contact us for approval before sending anything back. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable [unless the return is due to our error].

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we aren’t responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Final-sale items. including “Custom, 0r special order, and clearance items are final sales.”

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. [A restocking fee of 5% may apply.]
